Snug Whiskey Fest 2026 — Terms & Conditions

1. Event Attendance

All attendees must be aged 21 or over and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Entry will be refused without valid ID, regardless of ticket purchase.

2. Tickets & Admission

Tickets grant admission to the specific event(s) listed on the ticket. Capacity is limited and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are non-transferable except through the official Snug Whiskey Fest transfer process.

3. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date. Refund requests within 7 days of the event will not be honoured, but tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Event cancellations by the organiser will result in a full refund.

4. Responsible Drinking

Snug Whiskey Fest promotes responsible consumption of alcohol. The organisers reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner that is disruptive, threatening, or unsafe. Water and palate cleansers are provided at all tasting sessions.

5. Photography & Media

By attending Snug Whiskey Fest, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and video may be used by Snug Whiskey Fest for promotional and marketing purposes across web, social media, and print.

6. Liability

Snug Whiskey Fest, its organisers, partners, and venues are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event except where caused by negligence. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their personal belongings.

7. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme, venues, brands, or schedule. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes in advance. In the event of a full cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

8. Code of Conduct

Snug Whiskey Fest is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive experience for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
