The Midnight Silkie Irish Whiskey is Sliabh Liag Distillers’ smokiest blend, built around a base of 35% heavily peated triple-distilled malt.
Bottled at 46% ABV and non-chill filtered, it combines five single malts aged in sherry, bourbon, oloroso, red wine, virgin oak, and imperial stout casks for a rich, layered flavor.
