During this intimate and interactive class, you'll get to sample 5 Irish whiskeys and cream liqueur from the Two Stacks line paired exquisitely with a myriad of great foods. This is guaranteed to take you on a fascinating journey that will open your eyes to a whole new world of elevating the spirit. 

Andrew will walk you through what's in each of your glasses, what they'll be paired with, and most importantly, why they are paired together.

You'll learn how to pick out flavors from the liquid in the glass and how that, combined with the flavors and textures of the paired food items, will help create a 1 + 1 = 3 experience.

By the end of the event, you'll have a greater understanding of the art of pairing, why one works, and another doesn't. You'll have learned about both flavor and texture, and why it's important to consider these when creating pairings yourself.
